Introducing a New Procedure, ThermiVA

Non-Surgical Vaginal Rejuvenation

Reclaim you vaginal health. Restore your satisfaction. Revive your relationship.

My name is Dr. George Matsuda, I am a board certified OB/GYN in private practice since 1992.  I am writing to let my patients know about a new procedure I am introducing into our practice. I am truly excited about this impressive new therapy, and I wanted to be the first to share the details with you. Throughout my time serving as a gynecologist, I have realized a great need for a nonsurgical option that could treat various pelvic issues, specifically as they relate to functional and aesthetic vaginal concerns.

Our new in-office procedure, THERMIva, allows us to treat the discomfort and dissatisfaction that results from normal aging, loss of collagen, and dryness both externally and internally. The procedure creates softer, thicker, and more lubricated vaginal mucosa and allows for nerve growth to enhance vaginal sensation by delivering a controlled thermal energy to the desired areas – external (labia) and or internal (vaginal). This therapy provides an option for women experiencing painful intercourse due to vaginal dryness. Additionally, this treatment tightens the external labial tissues leading to a more youthful appearance and many have reported more pleasurable intimacy. Studies have shown in some cases it can correct mild urinary incontinence and pelvic prolapse. It’s quick, easy, safe for the patient and requires no anesthesia or downtime. Patients often see results after one treatment, however, three treatments are recommended to see maximum benefits. This treatment has shown incredible results in ongoing studies and in my personal experience.
